DMS Valve CVGB series part-turn gearboxes use worm and worm wheel revolute pairs with high-performance needle bearing mounted on both ends of the worm shaft. It provides the thrust requirement during rotation. With its compact design, it also has a self-locking function that is easy to use and reliable.
USES
CVGB quarter turn gearboxes are applied to dampers, ball valves, butterfly valves and other 90° quarter turn valves. It is filled with high-performance special grease for long-lasting and comfortable operation of the worm gear and fan gear group in the internal mechanism of CVGB quarter-turn gearboxes. The operator of the gearbox has various handwheel models available as an option.
