The pistons of Dizayn Makina -DA- model quarter turn pneumatic actuators are produced as rack and pinion type. It is produced as double acting and single acting (spring return). There is a forged steel cam on the actuator shaft to adjust the operating angle of the actuators by ±5° in the opening and closing directions. It is optionally produced with a limit stop mechanism to keep the working angle in different positions.

New technologies have been used in the design of -DA- model pneumatic actuators. New materials, new production methods and innovative ideas have integrated the following features.

* Single acting actuators can be normally open or normally closed type.

* The Namur standard multifunctional position indicator can be used with all accessories.

* Thanks to pre-loaded springs, assembly and disassembly can be done safely and easily.

* Pistons and covers are produced from aluminum alloy by pressure casting method.

* It is highly durable and lightweight.

* By changing the sealing element, compliance with high or low temperature operating conditions can be achieved.

* Actuators with different rotation angles (such as 120°, 135°, and 180°) are available upon request.

* The solenoid valve can be mounted directly, no plate is needed.

Working Standards:

All non-corrosive gases such as dry air or inert gases can be used in accordance with the internal parts and lubricant.

The condensation temperature of the fluid to be used should be -20 C and the diameter of the solid particles that may be present in it should be a maximum of 30µ.

If a positioner is used, this diameter should be maximum 5µ.

Operating temperature;

Standard Type: -20℃~+80℃

Low Temperature Type: -40℃~+80℃

High Temperature Type: -20℃~+160℃

Lubrication;

There is no need for lubrication for the standard type under normal operating conditions. Special lubricants should be used in low or high temperature operating conditions.
